Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Methods
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via our trusted courier partners.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the products ordered.
Collection from our warehouse is available by prior arrangement.
Delivery Timeframes
Main Centres: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Regional Areas: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Remote Areas: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Promotional offers may include free delivery for qualifying orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track your delivery directly via the courier’s online tracking system.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.
If no one is available, the courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you to arrange collection from their depot.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your delivery upon receipt.
If items are missing or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Delays & Force Majeure
Sunrose Online is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.
International Deliveries
At present, we only deliver within South Africa. International orders are not available unless otherwise arranged.
