Gas Griddle, Manual and Thermostatic Controlled Griddle: Allows for cooking multiple foods at different temperatures on a single griddle surface maintaining a constant heat under the selected griddle area ensures product consistency. Stainless steel, double wall construction front, sides and back and extended cool-to-touch front edge. All gas and electric griddles guarantee uniform temperature on all the cooking surface and all models are supplied with an overflow moulding and an oil collection drawer underneath to facilitate cleaning. All gas griddles have a thermostatic valve which controls the temperature from 100° to 300°C. For the electric models, the temperature control is made by a working thermostat and a safety thermostat.
