INSTALLATION & OPERATION SHG

1. Install the machine on a level surface and connect
380V power with earth.
2. Close lid and start machine with green button,
pedal should turn anti clockwise.
3. Stop machine with red button.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE SHG

1. Unplug machine from supply.
2. Wash machine and lubricate pedal ends with
edible grease.
3. Clean rest of machine with damp cloth.
4. Do not use a hose to the machine.

SAFETY SHG

1. Always operate machine with the lid closed.
2. Never by-pass the safety switch.
3. When unloading make sure the bin is tilted fully
and stay clear of the pedal.
4. Keep hands clear of all moving parts.
5. Only properly trained staff to operate the machine
